Once you're in the online shipping system, first select the country, then select the shipment service you need to ship.
After you receive the account opening confirmation email, you will receive a reply email containing your account information and how to connect to the API.
If the API connection fails, is there a remote API or video service provided to guide the integration process?
Don't worry, our technical team will contact you or provide remote guidance on connecting to the API to ensure your business is not disrupted.

You can place orders through our website client in two ways:
The first is single-ticket ordering, and the second is batch ordering via a spreadsheet.
You can place orders through our order placement interface. For example, if your customer is using a self-developed system or ERP, they can connect to our order placement interface, and after confirming the token and key, they can place orders themselves on the ERP system.
When shipping, you can estimate the weight in advance. We will weigh the package when it is sorted in the warehouse to get an accurate weight.
Declaring the package of goods and the goods actual purchase value in detail and accurately will facilitate customs clearance and release
You can choose suitable outer packing materials such as box or plastic bag to ensure safety during long-distance transportation.
You can create a tracking number and shipping label, and make mark the recipient's information on the package. Once the package arrives at our sorting warehouse, we can print the shipping label for you.
Ensure the shipping label is legible and place it on top of the package.
We offer door-to-door pickup service in Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, but each pickup must be for at least 30 items. You can also ship to our warehouse via other Japanese domestic logistics companies. For orders of 30 items or more, you can choose to pay upon delivery, and we will cover the domestic logistics costs within Japan.

The contents of the package must be declared truthfully, including the name of the goods, gifts, samples ,values
HBT offers all products and services with tax included, regardless of whether they are conginees to the United States or Canada. This means that the shipping fee you pay already includes the taxs and dutys, and neither you nor the recipient will incur any additional expenses.

GO to you HBT shipping system ,Click refresh to see the package status.
The shipping fees for each package is in your HBT system account.
Payment can be made via PayPal or wiretransfer, or through a prepaid method.
For contracted clients, we will set a credit limit or a weekly payment method.
Package cannot be delivered if the recipient's address is incomplete, the recipient has moved, or the recipient's address is incorrect.
You can click on single or multiple packages within HBT's system to search.
Undeliverable packages are stored in overseas warehouses in Canada and the United States. We await your handling of the situation, including resending or destroying the packages.
For US or Canadian warehouses, each return package will be charging 200 j yen ,if the package resent will be charging resntfees.
If a package is lost, HBT will refund the shipping cost plus the declared value of the packaged goods as compensation.
Customs inspections can sometimes take a long time, and we cannot control the inspection time. There is no compensation offered for delays caused by customs inspections.

When shipping, please select aircargo or oceanship service in HBT's shipping system.
Sales invoices and packing lists for the goods are required.
Our quotes are categorized by product and include customs duties and taxes, which will not be charged separately upon receipt of the goods.
We will deduct taxes from the price quoted.
The shipper used a Japanese domestic logistics company to ship the goods to our warehouse.
