1.How can I connect shipping API

After you receive the account opening confirmation email, you will receive a reply email containing your account information and how to connect to the API.

You can place orders through our website client in two ways:

1.How to choose a package materials for shipping

You can choose suitable outer packing materials such as box or plastic bag to ensure safety during long-distance transportation.

You can create a tracking number and shipping label, and make mark the recipient's information on the package. Once the package arrives at our sorting warehouse, we can print the shipping label for you.

Arranging a pickup

1.How to pick up package

We offer door-to-door pickup service in Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, but each pickup must be for at least 30 items. You can also ship to our warehouse via other Japanese domestic logistics companies. For orders of 30 items or more, you can choose to pay upon delivery, and we will cover the domestic logistics costs within Japan.

2.How can I know if my package has been received by the warehouse?

You can see the package change from the pre-shipment status to the sorting status in the Hbt shipping system.

HBT offers all products and services with tax included, regardless of whether they are conginees to the United States or Canada. This means that the shipping fee you pay already includes the taxs and dutys, and neither you nor the recipient will incur any additional expenses.

The shipping fees for each package is in your HBT system account.

Payment can be made via PayPal or wiretransfer, or through a prepaid method.

For contracted clients, we will set a credit limit or a weekly payment method.

Return package

1.What are the reasons for package being returned in Canada and the United States?

Package cannot be delivered if the recipient's address is incomplete, the recipient has moved, or the recipient's address is incorrect.

2.How do I know if my package hasn't been delivered?

You can click on single or multiple packages within HBT's system to search.

3.where is my return package

Undeliverable packages are stored in overseas warehouses in Canada and the United States. We await your handling of the situation, including resending or destroying the packages.

For US or Canadian warehouses, each return package will be charging 200 j yen ,if the package resent will be charging resntfees.

If a package is lost, HBT will refund the shipping cost plus the declared value of the packaged goods as compensation.

2.How to get compensation if US or Canadian customs inspection takes too long?

Customs inspections can sometimes take a long time, and we cannot control the inspection time. There is no compensation offered for delays caused by customs inspections.

Our quotes are categorized by product and include customs duties and taxes, which will not be charged separately upon receipt of the goods.
